With more than 30 years in the telecommunication industry, and during the last 15 years focusing in defining and improving customer experience strategies, Ramon’s customers network can now benefit from the Consulting and Brokerage go-to-market strategy that The Monaco Group brings.

From 2002 to 2015, Ramon established himself as an expert in the contact center industry in the Mexican and Central America markets. Software based companies such as Aspect Software, Nuance Communications, NICE, Genesys and Cisco Systems, grew their regional presence through his market experience and knowledge. Since then, Ramon has continued to service his customers offering value-based solutions such as analytics, UC and UCaaS.
Previous to 2002, Ramon was responsible for establishing and growing presence for Aspect Software, Voicetek Corp., and Davox Corporation.
